You can pick and choose from the following modules to create an individual program for your organization or

opt for a recommended standard plan based on a needs assessment upfront.

Quick Check

A Quick-Check is a one-day inventory and evaluation of the current situation with which you are dealing. It gives you a good overview of what is happening and potential solutions.

  1. Interviews with the manager and up to five additional persons involved

  2. Analysis of findings, diagnosis, and recommendation

  3. Presentation of results, options, and a recommended solution to decision-makers

  4. Facilitated decision-making 

  5. Report

A Quick-Check can stand alone or be a starting point for a more comprehensive program.

Team Alignment

This module includes an inventory and evaluation of the current team situation. With this information, it is possible to design and create a purposeful, productive, and aligned team in a short space of time.

 

Phase 1:

  1. Interview and collaboration with the manager

  2. Interviews with all team members

  3. Analysis of findings and diagnosis

  4. Presentation of results, options, and a recommended solution to the team leader and potentially other decision-makers

  5. Facilitated decision-making

 

Phase 2:

  1. Preparation of a team workshop, in close collaboration with the team leader

  2. Alignment-Workshop, in person or virtual

  3. Follow-Up of the Alignment-Workshop

  4. Comprehensive report

​The time required depends on the team size, overall needs, and context.

Leadership Workshop

This module includes an inventory and evaluation of the current situation and needs of leadership. Based on the results, it is possible to create, decide on, and initiate an organizational change plan.
However, the Leadership Workshop can also be about any topic of choice of your choice.

 

Phase 1:

  1. Interview and collaboration with the manager

  2. Interviews with leadership team members

  3. Analysis of findings, diagnosis, and recommendation

  4. Presentation of results, options, and a recommended solution to the team leader and other decision-makers

  5. Facilitated decision-making in preparation for Phase 2

 

Phase 2:

  1. Preparation of a Leadership Workshop, in close collaboration with the team lead

  2. Leadership Workshop, in person or virtual

  3. Follow-Up of the Leadership Workshop 

  4. Comprehensive report

​The time required depends on the leadership team size, overall organizational needs, and context.

Organizational Alignment

This module is about designing, initiating, and implementing comprehensive alignment in the organization. The program is orchestrated by leadership and executed by a selected team with continuous hands-on implementation guidance and support.

 

Phase 1:

  • Leadership Team Workshop, envisioning change

  • Creating a plan and naming the team for change implementation

 

Phase 2:

  • Formal Kick-off

  • Middle Management Team Alignment

  • Frontline Team Alignment

  • Other Team Alignments, potentially also conflict management.

  • Alignment of information flow between teams

  • Implementation in daily business following a pilot phase

 

Phase 3:

  • Regular check-ins

  • Before and after monitoring based on KPIs and other goals 

  • Reporting and adjusting change implementation plan

  • Formal wrap-up 

 

Comprehensive reports of each step and phase

Talent Evaluation

This program evaluates a person's capabilities within a job application or career development process.

It can stand alone or be part of a more comprehensive program.

Time required: 0,25-1 day

Talent Development

This module evaluates a person's talents within a career development process.
It can stand alone or be part of a more comprehensive program.

  • Comprehensive work-related testing per questionnaires and other tests

  • Comprehensive analysis of input, conclusion and recommendation

  • Full report

This module evaluates a conflict between two or more parties. As a result, it offers a good overview of the issues and potential solutions with implementation guidance and support.
